Advice for the men!
I know I tend to lean on the feminine side when dispensing advice or reviewing articles, but I can't help it. I'm a woman! Anyhoo, here's a good article for the men folk on how to get rid of that beer belly and "moobs" (man boobs). I found it interesting that men can raise their testosterone by altering their diets, which help them lose weight (or at least lose the moobs). Enjoy!

Some great advice there Diane! Moobs are my prime reason for running (they do seem to be less pointy these days!), didn't even consider the idea that increasing testosterone could be beneficial to them.
I guess it makes sense since lots of men (and some women) have taken steroids to help their athletic performance. It's always best to keep it natural though!
